To register to the conference you can only use this electronic submission form. You can register to either to one of the three conferences (EU-AI vets Meeting, 19.-20.9., ESDAR Conference,21.-22.9. and the Symposium on embryo-maternal communication 23.9) or a combination of events. As a service to our ESDAR members and EU-AI Vets we provide 2 combo admission packages if you like to attend more than 1 event. We also give you a discount for early registration before 1 st of July 2007. In order to obtain the best conference admission fee you may please check if it would be of advantage for you to become a member of ESDAR. Please click here to see the membership page.
When you register you will automatically be introduced into the travel agency system Travel 2 fairs. This agency will handle all administration regarding registration. and accommodation. We were able to get extra discounts for hotel rooms in Celle. As in parallel to your conference a big industrial exhibition will be held in Hannover, rooms are limited. Therefore, if you prefer a specific category of your hotel register as early as possible.
We are also offering special events for you and your accompanying persons. Some of them can be booked right now.
